NNN has a team of 310 dedicated and qualified staff, including 18 full time residential doctors to provide medical care to the underprivileged. To overcome the barriers of service the hospital holds outreach screening camps for poor patients through which nearly 11,000 surgeries are conducted annually at base hospital. Relationship with the dedicated volunteers in community is one of the major strengths of the organization. NNN has 18 vision centers managed by trained ophthalmic persons and are constantly supported by the base hospital. These centers have provided services to nearly 60,000 patients in the year 2019. Most vision centers are financially self-sustainable with full cost recovery.
The hospital has a multi-tier pricing system to accommodate patients from different strata of the society. There are separate facilities for free and paying patients.
