Vivekananda Mission Asram  offers   the  self-financing residential  training course: Diploma  in Ophthalmic Clinical  Assistance(Ophthalmic Nurse)   for the   session   2026-2028  affiliated  to  Vidyasagar  University, Midnapore,  West  Bengal.
 
1.  Intake capacity: 15(fifteen)
2.  Duration: 2 years &  6months mandatory internship.
3.  Age criteria: 17-22 yrs.  As on 1st July, 2026.
4.  Academic  eligibility: H.S (Arts/Sc) passed(2024  to 2026 ) with  50% marks & biology  preferable.
5.  Mode of selection:  Written exam.  &  viva.
6.  Availability  of  forms:  IOT  office on working  days(9a.m  to 3p.m).
7.  Cost  of the  admission  form:  Rs. 500.00 (five hundred)  only  to  be paid  in  cash.
8.  Fees:  Fees  are  to  be paid  every  year  at the  time  of  admission:1st  year   :  26,500.00 (Rupees  twenty  six  thousand five hundred ) only.
