VMA may store personal information patients, employees of the Organization, and other persons who access this website or to whom VMA give service. Through this website, VMA only collect PSI that is specifically and voluntarily provided by visitors. It is our policy to limit the information collected to only the minimum information required to complete a visitor’s request. Visitors are also able to send email through this website.

VMA is not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond our reasonable control and our partners including, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the user etc.

VMA do not routinely disclose or transfer an individual’s personal information to other organizations unless VMA have the prior and specific permission of the individual or the entity that provided such information on behalf of such individuals or unless:

Personal Information Retention
Some information that VMA receive in not retained. VMA will be retained as long as the information is required for the purposes for which it was collected or until a user requests that we delete that information or as required by law. This information is kept only the period of time for service purpose. After certain period these information will be destroyed or deleted by VMA.
VMA ensure implement reasonable security practices and procedures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of our service.

In order to confidentiality and security of private data VMA has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. VMA reserves the right to modify or amend this statement at any time with or without notice for legal, administrative and technical reasons.
