Low vision devices are designed to improve visual performance in persons with low vision this enabling academic and social adaptation and providing enrichment of daily experiences.
We, at VMA NNN, are offering the services just months after its inception starting at a cost less than the price of a Starbucks coffee. The devices are mostly imported from the USA and Hong Kong.
We provide a range of devices, depending mainly on the occupational need of the person. Here we serve people with both optical and non- optical methods of visual rehabilitation.
For near vision, the is the dome magnifier, the bar magnifier, the hand held magnifiers are commonly accepted methods. There is also table mounted magnifiers and CCTV with scanners for near vision amplification.
For distant vision optical rehabilitation, spectacle mounted telescopes, Galilean and Kaplerian telescopes, hand held telescopes, vision max tv, are usually provided to the patients from our institute.
We also have low cost in house built low vision devices , and we are planning to innovate and implement them for the betterment of the society in coming years.
